Remy Kitchen Bakery is located on the ground floor of the Museum and offers seating for 120 guests.
The interior features iconic examples of international design that highlight the museum character of the space. Furniture by Charlotte Perriand, Fritz Hansen, and Zanotta is paired with lighting by Viabizzuno.
Large windows and high ceilings ensure an abundance of natural daylight. Interior elements such as mesh textures used in the ceiling, textiles, and furniture, along with warm caramel-colored resin details, reference the copper façades of the museum building.
"We wanted to preserve a pure, uncluttered space where it would feel comfortable to enter, still moved by the encounter with art."
The menu brings together signature dishes by brand chef Ruslan Polyakov, bread and pastries by head baker Anna Malikova, desserts by pastry chef Ilya Zamogilin-Sudzilovsky, and cocktails by Vitaly Skripchinsky.
During the summer season, the outdoor terrace is also open to guests.
